What happens after I order?
You will get a short onboarding form straight away. Once that is in we confirm the start date and send a clear checklist so you know exactly what we need and when.
Do I need all my content ready before I buy?
No. You can buy now and we can start with what you have. We can build the structure first and you can drop final copy in during the build. If you need help writing copy we can add it as an optional extra.
When can you start and how long does it take?
Most starter sites go live in two to three weeks once we have your onboarding details. We keep the process simple so it stays on track.
What is included and what is not included?
These are fixed scope template led builds. They include everything listed in the package and nothing hidden. They do not include bespoke design custom functionality complex integrations or large changes outside the package limits.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions cover tweaks to copy layout and styling within the chosen template direction. A revision is not a redesign changing template or adding new page types or features.
Can I add extra pages or features?
Yes within limits. Extra pages can be added for a fixed fee. If the request moves into bespoke territory we will tell you early and give you options before doing any extra work.
Is SEO included and what about an existing website?
SEO basics are included as part of the package setup. If you need a full SEO sensitive rebuild with redirects content migration and ranking protection that is a bespoke project and needs a call.
What if I need ecommerce or something more advanced?
Ecommerce is included in Growth within the stated limits. If you need subscriptions complex shipping advanced variations or more products than included we will quote it properly or move you onto a bespoke build.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, ongoing support packages can include everything from proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to updates, upgrades, and advice on long-term strategy.
